Welcome to YourPhotoForum.com (YPF). YPF is a community of photographers (of all level) to come together to share and learn about photography. All members are an integral part of this community; therefore, the success of this forum is dependent on each member. As with any community, some rules and guidelines must be in place in order to promote a healthy and entertaining environment.
Please note: YourPhotoForum.com (YPF) and any and all entities that control, are controlled by, or are affiliated or under common control with, YPF are collectively referred to herein as "we," "us" or "our".
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY YPF SITE. By using the YPF site, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use this site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these terms of use at any time in accordance with the procedures set forth below in the section labeled "Amendment."

However, we do not claim ownership rights in your works or other materials posted by you to YPF (Your Content).
Your access and use of this site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Content contained in the site, with the quality of service, or with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the site.

Registration Information
You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration processes. Security / Privacy
Our users' privacy is a top priority at YourPhotoForum.com. Thus, we have developed this privacy statement, which outlines in detail the privacy policies of our site.
1. COOKIES. Cookies are a small 'nugget' of information stored on a site users' computer. Cookies are used in conjunction with the YPF forum software to allow the software to:
remember specific user information (name, e-mail address)
show number of new messages posted since a user's last visit
highlight messages posted since a user's last visit
remember user preferences.
No information is collected from users' computers through use of these cookies. If you do not wish to receive cookies from YourPhotoForum.com, disable cookies in your internet browser.
2. SOLICITATION OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES. It is required that users who register for posting privileges in the forum use a valid e-mail address. These e-mail addresses are secured for the purposes of sending forum announcements, and so that other forum members may contact a member for private discussion or debate. Any user who does not wish to display his/her e-mail address publicly in the forum may disable this feature.
E-mail addresses will not be made publicly available to anyone under any circumstances.
3. AUTOMATED COLLECTION OF INFORMATION. For security purposes, the IP (internet protocol) address of each of our users is automatically recorded. In addition, when a user posts a message in the forum, the IP address of the posting computer is recorded.
The collection of this information allows YourPhotoForum.com to pinpoint the origin of malicious activity, as well as to conduct geographical marketing research.
User IP addresses will never be distributed publicly, and are available only to YourPhotoForum.com forum leaders.
4. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
We use Google and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
5. THIRD PARTY COOKIES
In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique “cookie” on your browser.
Forums/Communication/Privacy
This forum enables users or visitors of this site (a) to submit, post, display and/or view User-Generated Content and/or (b) to communicate, share or exchange User-Generated Content with other YPF users, visitors and members of the general public including, without limitation, a chat area, message board, private messaging, social community environment, profile page, e-mail function (including, but not limited to, electronic greeting cards and send-a-friend e-mails).
You acknowledge that anything you submit to the YPF site (via any of the above mentioned communication means) may be routed through our servers, the servers of one or more third parties on our behalf and the Internet, and may be viewed on the Internet by the general public and that, therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission. Although the moderating team will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of YourPhotoForum.com, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
All images are protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to, copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, displayed, saved, stored electronically or by any other means.
Maximum upload size of your photo should not exceed 300 KB; 800 pixels in width; 700 pixels in height. Any images used in signatures will be a MAXIMUM size of 468x60 pixels.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violates any laws.
You can advertise your photography related website as long as you place our link on your site.
This website may include artistic nude photography that is inappropriate for viewing by children or in workplaces.
The owners of YourPhotoForum.com reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
The owners of YourPhotoForum.com reserve the right to monitor and log all communications and IP addresses that use our messaging system. All reports of abuse will be investigated thoroughly and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All images posted in the gallery must be the poster’s original work!
No duplicate accounts – one membership per person.
There will be no attacks on any other member or the forum in general. A difference of opinion in a mature manner is not considered an attack.

YPF requires all members to complete e-mail confirmation to become a registered user. Any member who does not complete all requirements of registration is subject to being deleted after one weeks time.
YPF reserves the right to purge any inactive member’s account. An inactive member is one that does not post within a two month time frame (whether they log in or not).
YPF reserves the right to ban and/or delete any user who violates any forum rules or any U.S. federal or state laws.
